Nigel Tincknell

Our Founding Director Nigel is the founding member of Optimum with a 25 years, track records as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager working on some of the largest projects in the UK for blue chip landlords, occupiers and operators.
Nigel was a Partner of a Leading Firm of Real Estate advisors working nationally and set up Optimum in 2014.

Nick Parkes
BSc (Hons) MRICS
A Chartered Building Surveyor who is passionate about the built environment, with in excess of twenty years’ experience gained in a variety of surveying consultancy companies and a spell client side too. A holder of a Construction MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. Nick has a broad range of experience and knowledge.
